Welcome to TechGazer ("www.techgazers.com"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your

use of our online platform that offers one-on-one and group classes for children aged 9 to 16. By

accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them

carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website, you ("Parent/Guardian" or "User") agree to these Terms on behalf of

yourself and the child enrolled in our services ("Student"). If you do not agree to these Terms,

you must not use our Website.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to children aged 9 to 16, with the consent and supervision of a parent

or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must register and manage the account for the

Student.

3. Account Registration

To access our classes, the Parent/Guardian must create an account on the Website. The

Parent/Guardian is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during

registration and for keeping the account information up to date.

4. Services Provided

We offer online one-on-one and group classes focused on software programming , e.g.,

academic subjects, coding, arts, etc.]. Classes are conducted via, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

5. Conduct and Responsibilities

Student Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during online

classes. Any disruptive behavior may result in the suspension or termination of access to our

services.

Parental Supervision: Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that Students are

prepared for and attend scheduled classes. They should also ensure that Students have the

necessary equipment and internet access.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Classes are scheduled in advance and must be attended at the specified times.

Cancellations: If a Student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, the Parent/Guardian must

notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments: Payment for classes must be made in advance through our Website. All fees are

non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in cases of service cancellation by the Website

or if a session is missed due to technical issues on our end. We also refund where the session stops after the first session due to dissatisfaction. After the second session holds, we do  not give refunds. 

Exchanges: Tutors can be exchanged after the first session only.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Users. Please review our Privacy Policy for

details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including class materials, videos, and other resources, is the

intellectual property of TechGazers or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or

use any content from the Website without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Website may use third-party services for video conferencing, payment processing, and

other functions. We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of these third-party

services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechGazers shall not be liable for

violations of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining classes may be forfeited without

refund.

effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the

new Terms.
